Thailand’s west coast is known for its tropical weather. Being situated near the equator, the country’s southern reaches can get quite hot, and the region does have a rainy season.
The dry months in Thailand are November to April, and this is primarily when charter guests flock to the country. From May to October, Thailand experiences its Southwest Monsoon, during which the winds pick up and rain is more common.
Regions Worth Highlighting
Phuket
Being a big island, Phuket is surrounded by many magnificent beaches such as Rawai, Patong, Karon, Kamala, Kata Yai, Kata Noi, and Mai Khao. Laem Phromthep Viewpoint is said to feature the most beautiful sunsets in Thailand.
It isn’t all just beaches though, there is also fantastic classical architecture such as the Goom Restaurant. That and the very welcome atmosphere and the famous Phuket nightlife, you can see why the island is a hotspot.
Mu Koh Poda
Mu Ko Po da is located 8 kilometres off shore of Ao Nang. Mu Ko Po da is fringed by clear waters, and offers white sandy beaches, as well as, pristine coral reefs.

Phi Phi Islands
Koh Phi Phi or Phi Phi Islands are located in the middle of the Andaman sea, 42 km away from Amphoe Mueang. It is a part of Nopharat Thara Beach – Phi Phi Islands National Park.
